Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
If the item you receive is defective or incorrect, please send us a photo of the delivered product immediately after receiving your parcel.
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or store credit at no additional cost.
